For the embroidery threads, I used four different colours but you can use as many as you'd like.
For the glow bracelet/sticks, I used some that had stopped working.

How to do it:
1. Grab your glow bracelet and start wrapping your first embroidery thread around it. Decide how long you want it to be.
Continue wrapping then make a knot.
3. Wrap all your threads around the glow stick.
4. Once it is finish make sure to cut off all the little pieces of embroidery thread sticking out.
And there it is!
