What you'll need:
- Fabric or Felt
- Glue gun
- Hair clip
How to do it:
1. Get fabric or felt. The tutorial above uses felt.
2. Cut out a rectangle and a small strip.
3. Scrunch up the rectangle to get the shape of the bow.
4. Attach the strip of felt around the center of the bow and secure it with hot glue.
5. Add a clip at the back of the bow.
