Pumpkin Pie Cookies

Pumpkin Pie Cookies:

A delicious dessert for Autumn!

What you'll need:

Cookie Base and Topping:
- 1 pouch Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
- 1/4 cup cold butter
- 4 oz cold cream cheese

Pumpkin Filling:
- 3 oz cream cheese, well softened
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons canned pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

How to do it:

1.Heat oven to 350 F. Generously spray bottoms and sides of 24 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray. Place cookie mix in large bowl. Cut in butter and add 4 oz cream cheese. Mix until it is crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of cookie mixture for the topping. Press 2 tablespoons of remaining cookie mixture into the bottom of the muffin cups.

2. In a small bowl, add 3 oz of cream cheese and stir until it's smooth. Add the remaining pumpkin filling ingredients and mix well. Place a teaspoon of pumpkin filling in the center of each cookie. Sprinkle each with 2 teaspoons of the reserved cookie topping.

3. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the edge of the cookies are golden brown. Let them cool in a pan for about 30 minutes. Then they are ready to serve.

Yummy! Great for autumn!

Dictionary Page Art

Dictionary Page Art:

This is probably one of the funnest DIY to do! It's just super easy and you don't need to be good with your fingers or in art, you just need to know how to use a computer and a printer.

What you'll need:
- picture of a dictionary page (you can either make a photocopy of your own dictionary page or pick one from the internet.)
- picture of whatever you like to add on your dictionary page (I chose a deer)
- printer
- scissors (optional)
- picture frames (optional)

How to do it:
1. Choose your dictionary page picture. This is my one:
Print it out.

2. Now put your dictionary page back into the printer to print your next picture on it.
To do this you have to put the page the right way up or it might not overlay.
I put my dictionary page face up and the bottom in first.

3. Get your second picture ready. Mine was a deer:
Print it out.

4. It should look like this:

5. You could trim the edges so it fits into the picture frame.

Here are some other ones I made as well!

So how easy was that?!

If you can't be bothered to figure out which side you have to put the dictionary page in, you could always use Photoshop and overlay them straight away and print them out at the same time.

DIY Bleach Stamp Pad

DIY Bleach Stamp Pad:

What you'll need:

- scraps of felt

- rubber band

- bleach

- container

- stamp pad

- stamp

- shirt or fabric

- cardboard (so then the bleach wont bleed through)

How to do it:

1. Stack the felt together.

2. Fold them in half.

3. Secure them with rubber bands.

4. Put the stamp pad in the container and pour bleach over it to soak it completely.

5. Use the stamp normally just like you would do if you were using ink. Don't press to hard, just cover the stamp with enough bleach.

6. Then stamp all over your fabric. Make sure to have the cardboard behind if your are using fabric and if you're stamping on a shirt, put the cardboard inside so it doesn't bleed through the front and back.

7. Once you've finished stamping, toss your shirt into the washing machine.

When it is dry it is ready to wear!

Mini Book Bookmark

Mini Book Bookmark:

So here is how you can make a mini book bookmark for your big book:

What you'll need:

- scissors
- glue
- ruler
- paper (thick)
- small printed book cover (wallet size)
- the back of the book (wallet size also)
- open book (wallet size)
- the inside page (wallet size)
- tape (optional)

How to do it:

1. Print out your small book parts. Draw the outline of your open book.

2. Glue the open book to the outline to make it thicker.

3. Glue the back of the book on one side of the open book.

4. Glue the front of the book on the opposite side.

5. Glue the inside page.

6. Now cut out a long rectangle (mine was 2 cm large and 17 cm tall)

7. Gently lift the back page of the book and glue the long rectangle. Add a pearl of glue onto the rectangle and glue the back page again.
