Ingredients:
- green apples
- baby spinach
- kiwi
- banana
- low-fat yogurt
- almond milk
How to do it:
In your blender, add in 1 whole banana, half a green apple, a handful of baby spinach and a whole kiwi. Now add in two spoonful of yogurt and 1/4 cup of milk. Blend it all in and serve.
